Yarra Fox Farm is a working farm property. The 2 bedroom cottage sits on 28 acres in the heart of the Yarra Valley's best wineries. Perfect for families or a romantic getaway for couples who will enjoy a beautiful wood fireplace, outdoor balcony complete with festoon lighting, kitchenette and small dining area. This holiday home is a 2 storey 5 BR property with Lake Eildon frontage. The lake is accessed from the front of the property when the water level is up. Ideal for swimming, fishing, kayaking or boat mooring. The house is set on 2 acres with wildlife. This a cosy 70s style holiday house with a new kitchen, living area, bathrm, toilet and 2 bedrooms upstairs. With a more modern extension downstairs we have 3 more b/rms, another living area with pool table plus the 2nd bathrm, toilet and laundry.
