I designed this space with one goal: to create an apartment I’d want to stay in myself, clean, beautifully designed and equipped with everything you might need. It was built in 2025 with a modern design. The private garden is a rare find, perfect for dinners outdoors. There’s a little welcome gift just to make you smile when you arrive. This brand new apartment is located in the vibrant 5th district of Vienna. It's stylish and spacious with 160 m2 surface plus a patio of 20 m2 and a separate small inner yard (12 m2), both exclusive for use by the guests at the apartment. U4 Pilgramgasse subway station is just a few min. walk. Bus 59a stops 50 meters from the building and takes you directly to the historical city center and the Opera. Naschmarkt and Mariahilfer Straße as well as main sightseeing are within walking distance.

You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space. There are 3 queensize-beds: a bed and a sofa bed with toppers for even more comfort in the sleeping room, another sofa bed can be used in the living-room.

Unser geräumiges Haus in Oslip City liegt perfekt für (Rad-) Ausflüge an den Neusiedlersee sowie nach St. Margarethen (Opernfestspiele und Family Park für Groß und Klein), Rust und Mörbisch (Seefestspiele) sowie Eisenstadt. Oslip ist ein verschlafener Ort, berühmt für die Csello Mühle. Zentral gelegen bietet Oslip eine Oase der Entspannung als auch Action und Abenteuer in der Nähe.

Diese gemütliche Altbauwohnung legt im historischen Stadtkern nahe beim Bahnhof. Günstige Parkplätze befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung bietet alle wesentlichen Einrichtungen und besticht durch ihre ruhige Lage mit einem großen Balkon in den begrünten Hof. Der ideale Ort für längere Aufenthalte für Bildung, Gesundheit etc, aber auch für Ausflüge zum Skifahren und andere Freizeitaktivitäten in der schönen Umgebung.

Welcome to Wiener Neustadt! Our spacious apartment is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Lidl (grocery store). With three bedrooms, two completely suited bathrooms, and a free private parking place, it's perfect for those who need comfortable large beds or for groups of people. The two bathrooms add an extra level of comfort and convenience. Recently, we added a Samsung SmartTV(Internet-only) and a couch.
