Tetuan is the nearest metro station (200m) and also Arc de Triomf. Quiet neighborhood in the city center. Equipped with central heating and air conditioning, internet, sunny terrace of 20m2, two full bathrooms and rooms for 5 people. Sheets and towels are included. Martina will explain you what to visit and where to eat.

You can forget your car from here since, in rush hour every 3 minutes a train passes that leaves us in downtown Barcelona.

This is a legal tourist flat with license for 2 guests. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia, just one block away! Tourist tax is included, so no extra charges! Combining the old building with a modern loft style my goal is that you feel at a second home. Two large glass doors allow access to the balcony that overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.
