The Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, with the Metro from Xátiva and Colon station (5min) and transshipment on the Tram. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences you can take the Bus (15min). In addition, there is a bike rental less than 1 minute away, to explore the city or to reach the Jardines del Real or the Turia River Garden, the "Central Parc" of València in 5 minutes. The flat is very well located, only 3 minutes from the "Plaza de la Virgen", one of the main squares in Valencia, in the center of the old town "El Carmen". The flat has a big and beautiful south terrace over viewing the old town. A sunshade makes it the perfect place to eat during almost the whole year. Even though the flat lies in the heart of the city, it is very quiet and peaceful. The flat consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and one with two single beds, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The sofa in the living room can be transformed into another double bed. Furthermore, we can provide a small cot for babies. Both bedrooms have a ventilator in the ceiling. The kitchen is well equipped with all basics, a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, water-cooker and all big electrical devices. The flat has a good WIFI connection and air-conditioning. Towels and bedclothes are available. The location of the flat is very comfortable, all main sites are within walking distance. There are many great restaurants within a radius of 10 minutes walking (I provide a small booklet with the best restaurants in the sourroundings). The party area is also right around the corner. The central market is only 10 minutes walking and the big park of Valencia, the dry Turia river, is only 5 minutes away. One of the main conecting street lies very close and taxis to the airport can easily reach the flat. The train station is also easily reached in 20 minutes walk or 7 minutes in Taxi.
