This is a 2-unit property, a main house and a converted garage studio. The studio has its own entrance and no access to the house. You can rent both units and have the entire house to yourself. The house has exclusive access to the backyard.

Plenty of windows bathe the space in natural light. You’ll be enchanted by the modest layout and appealing décor. You’ll find everything you need here for your stay including a kitchenette, private patio and Wi-Fi. Plan wonderful outings to nearby UC Davis campus and the local farmers market (berries! apples! flowers! cheese! cider!).

Relax into Small Town Life @ Guest Cottage by UCD

Grab a book and take it easy in the shaded garden hammock at a calm cottage with a cozy patio for balmy alfresco evenings. Stroll to a nearby restaurant for a locally-sourced dinner, then snuggle up in front of the TV in our peaceful retreat. This separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled yard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. No exceptions. No Emotional Support Animals.

Private studio with kitchen and bathroom and more!

Our approximately 500 sq. ft. fully furnished studio is just a short drive from the UC Davis campus and within walking distance of two bus lines. The studio is located above a detached garage, separate from our main house, offering privacy and comfort. The unit includes a kitchenette with cooking essentials, a private shower, and a walk-in closet. A washer and dryer are available in the garage for guest use. High-speed internet and cable TV through Xfinity are also provided.

Enjoy the quiet house and back yard furnished with barbeque and propane firepit. Perfect for the lovely Davis evenings. Take a one block walk to Davis downtown restaurants and stores. Only a three-block walk to the UCD campus. The house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable indoor dining and living area. Equipped with Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, x-box and DVD player. Off-street, covered parking makes unpacking and packing easy.

Spacious Craftsman House in Downtown Davis

Casa Contente is a spacious craftsman house centrally located in downtown Davis. Dining table comfortably sits 8 and may squeeze in 10 people. Fully stocked kitchen is a cook's dream. We are a perfect house for a quiet family get together and NOT a good match for a party. NO PARTIES/NO SMOKING. Also, there is not much of a backyard, so we wouldn't be able to accommodate any gatherings outside. We reserve the right to ask for an ID prior to booking or checking in.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

Guests love our charming 1940 cottage that is ideally located close to Downtown & Midtown Sacramento. It is perfect for solo travelers or couples and set in Land Park, a neighborhood known for quiet treelined streets and vintage homes. Positioned at the front of a duplex, this delightful unit is easily accessible to major freeways & greater Sacramento. You will find Target, Tower Cafe, Riverside Clubhouse & Masullo all within short walking distance.

Our home is within walking distance of an exciting, dynamic, world class university. If your business is at the University, you can park your car for the duration and walk everywhere. Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, the Shrem Museum of Art, the UCD Vet School, are all within walking distance. Parent/teenager college visit? Our suite will accomodate.
