Metro is a short walk away and the #7 bus takes you to Paseo de Gracia in the centre in 15 min. The beach is a very pleasant 15 min stroll straight down the lovely tree lined pedestrian Rambla Poblenou. In 2025 access to the pool area will be closed until May 1st

Surrounded by fresh market, shops, restaurants, and very well-connected (L4-Poblenou) and many buses. The apartment has been totally renovated. It is very spacious (110 m2). Three bedrooms: a large double bedroom with a large built-in closet, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds. The apartment is equipped to handle long stays. Perfect for families (a baby's crib).

Sunny Loft in Barcelona 5' walk to the beach

COVID19 Measures: Reservations are spaced in time, so that no previous guest has occupied the place during the previous 72 hours. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for about 5 hours, about 72 hours prior to any stay. All clothes have been washed at 60% degrees, all surfaces and floors disinfected. Be save !!
