Linger over a coffee in the zen, vine-covered courtyard at this secluded cottage nestled in the back of a period property in Berkeley. Crisp white sheets, craftsman furniture, and painted wooden cladding make for a sophisticated yet rustic haven. The main room is cozy with a big skylight, comfortable queen bed, swivel chair, and desk and chair. There is a small kitchenette. Facing our neighbor's yard, you may even get to see wildlife passing through. With a king-sized bed, fireplace heater, nice-sized bathroom, closet, sit/stand desk, Keurig, television, and its own entrance, you can be comfortable whether you are here for business or for pleasure!

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.
