The house, in which the apartment is located, is a cultural-historic preserved building, built in the XVII th. century. The accomodation unit with a private entrance presents a large and comfortable two-stories apartment with a beautifull panoramic view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Located just across the City Walls, accommodation is surrounded by lush garden which provides much needed privacy, plenty of space and tranquility. Includes private garage, parking is free (reservation is needed)

Skylights bathe each room in natural light and you can enjoy performances and concerts from the windows on the right day. Villa Victor is in the Uvala Sutmiholjska bay just around the corner of the beach. It provides a new and modern studio apartment with a gallery that has an open concept. It has a long terrace along the upper floor of the house. The interior is Brand-new and minimalistic so it doesn't distract you from the wonderful scenery and the outside activities (two Queen beds). The house has environment friendly electricity through solar energy to keep the Island of Mljet as natural as possible.
