Thoughtfully renovated two-bedroom apartment with large ample rooms featuring historically high ceilings decorated in ornate stucco moldings, queen-size beds, high-speed internet, and a large spacious walk-in rain shower. Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

Während meinen Reisen um die Welt vermiete ich meine gemütliche Stadtwohnung zwischen dem Zentrum Leipzigs und dem Clara-Park. Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
