Ground floor cosy self catering flat in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans. There is a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath with an over bath shower and to keep your feet cosy under floor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed which sleeps two people in the living room. Bring your four legged friend as we are doggy friendly.

The new high-spec interior - with vaulted roof space - comprises an open plan living area with a wood burner and clever little kitchen corner, luxurious mezzanine sleeping gallery, funky bunk room, and stylish shower room. Little luxuries include Smart Tv with Netflix, WiFi, Alexa box, and Nespresso coffee maker.

Listed period cottage in the pretty conservation village of Kilconquhar near Elie with its beautiful sandy beach and convenient for exploring St Andrews and the East Neuk fishing villages. The cottage, which sleeps six , is thought to date from the late 18th century and is situated in a quiet lane, with a private parking space for one car.
