PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 6 ADULTS This renovated townhouse is located in Clearbrook, just a 5 minute shuttle ride to Loon Mountain. It has 3 levels and offers an open living/dining/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open loft area with a queen sleeper sofa. Large picture windows with great views of the mountains and a spacious modern layout. Numerous amenities are provided to make your vacation enjoyable. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 adults (2/bed) and 4 children.

My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

With Portland Maine’s iconic Foodie city with artisan brewers and fun dining and night life just down the road. (6.6 miles) Our classic New England Cape home is the perfect place to meet family and cook and eat around the counter in our amateur chef’s kitchen. Crack some fresh Lobster from Shaws on Rt One they are happy to cook them for you.

Winter-wonderland, close to skiing and a walk from great dining. In the summer, enjoy the quiet backyard or walk to the beach! No need to find parking, my place is 3/10 of a mile from downtown Kennebunkport and 7/10 of a mile to Gooch's Beach. You will love my place because of the kitchen, the coziness, and the location. My place is good for couples. It has a tempurpedic king-sized bed and a queen sized pull out bed in the living room.
