This Lake Street apartment is a one of a kind. The apartment is partially above commercial businesses, including your host, The Harbor Barber (no chemical services offered - so no funky odors from below). This space was 100% improved in 2021. The property is a short walk/bike-ride from the bike path, and iconic downtown Harbor Springs, the Lyric theatre, a dog beach, a bathing beach and so much more. Your host freely shares his knowledge of the history and current events happening around town.

Harbor Springs Farm Apartment

A recently remodeled lower level apartment on a farm in Harbor Springs. Located just miles from downtown, Lake Michigan, world class skiing and golf, biking and hiking trails, this is the perfect home base for any adventure. Enjoy breathtaking views of the sunrises and sunsets on the farm out the panoramic windows. We do live upstairs and you will be able to hear us through the floors. The entire apartment is private, with your own driveway, entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living space.

The Penthouse Suite

Enjoy all four seasons with beautiful panoramic views. A private suite with kitchenette, full bath, bar area with 2 stools. Near wineries, beaches, hiking, biking and Sleeping Bear National Park & Lake Michigan. Herring Lake across the street. Also included is dock access (for walking/sitting) and kayaks at your own risk. Crystal Mountain fifteen minutes by car. Backyard fire pit for guests to use. Note: steep driveway in the winter you will need a four wheel drive vehicle.

Includes small but complete kitchen, two bedrooms, living area with TV and a large bathroom. Walking distance to local restaurants and Lake. On river for access to kayaking and fishing. Only 5 miles to Boyne Mountain skiing, 1 mile from Avalanche hiking trail. Plenty of parking, great wraparound porch for relaxing with a view of the city.

EXCELLENT VIEWS OF THE BAY IN DOWNTOWN PETOSKEY - WHERE YOU WANT TO BE In 2018 we added "Sunset Glory Too" along with "Sunset Glory". Everything is new and updated. Now there are two separate and private vacation rentals enjoying the same excellent location. It is also an opportunity for families or friends to book both of our apartments to extend their getaway into one large private area. These are the only two vacation rentals on our property.

Attractive second story guest suite in downtown Petoskey. The host lives on the first level. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the gaslight district and Petoskey’s finest shopping and dining. It is also just steps away from the breakwall, Bayfront Park and Little Traverse Wheelway. Weather permitting in spring and summer you can also enjoy the views of Little Traverse Bay from a private upper level deck.

Downtown Boyne City upper level 10 min to Boyne Mt

Second floor apartment with private entrance and enclosed front porch. This apartment was remodeled in July 2020 and features one bedroom, one bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen and living room. The couch in living room pulls out into a full size memory foam bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay. There are two large closets for storage. This space is the perfect size for a couple.

West End Apartment

A lovely, newly constructed, downtown apartment, with a spacious wrap around deck, overlooking West Grand Traverse Bay in Traverse City, Michigan. Within walking distance of Front Street and public beaches. Relax and enjoy a variety of dining, unique shopping, theaters, local wineries and microbreweries. At the end of the day, pull up a chair and witness spectacular sunsets over West Grand Traverse Bay.
