Studio 202 in Historic Downtown Ellensburg

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

The Wood House

The Wood House is a beautiful blend of both old and new while also having the luxuries needed to create the perfect stay. The exterior of the house is a striking mix of old-world charm and modern design, featuring a creative use of reclaimed materials. The interior is fresh and new including more unique touches and modern amenities. These elements give the house a distinct personality, blending contemporary aesthetics with a rich and eclectic feel. Come enjoy our hometown known for CWU, outdoor recreation, the Ellensburg Rodeo, and our beautiful downtown. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. House is less than four miles from CWU, less than 1 mile from I-90. 40 miles from the Gorge Amphitheater or 30 from Suncadia Resort. Enjoy this quiet getaway located just on the edge of town with wonderful country views! Well behaved pets are welcome for a $40 pet fee. Two pets maximum.

The Tumbleweed House

The former art studio of Louis Kollmeyer still holds the artist's charm and creativity but updated for your stay in our rodeo city. Tumbleweed House aims to share with you the creative and western roots of Ellensburg. With multiple sleeping options, this can be a cozy getaway for two, a family retreat or a place to hang with friends. There's a fully outfitted kitchen and a washer/dryer for longer stays. Walking distance to downtown, Rodeo and Fairgrounds, CWU and the hospital.

Charming Bungalow - Super Walkable - Pets Welcome

Come stay in our conveniently located house just 6 blocks from Central Washington University and Historical Downtown Ellensburg. Great for day trips to Roslyn, Cle Elum, Ancient Lakes, the Gorge and so much more. This quiet 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. New fire table adds to the vibe.

The Penthouse Palace

Only a few minutes walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds the Penthouse offers a full user-friendly kitchen, wonderful walk-in shower and covered 2nd story deck complete with BBQ and outdoor seating.
