This pet friendly 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome has everything! It offers a cozy living room, stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, screened in patio, & 2 parking spaces. The upstairs balcony is currently under revision & cannot be used. Both bedrooms offer large closets & Roku TVs. The front bedroom has a king size bed & the back has a queen size. The couch also pulls out to sleep 2. On the same road as OCI & minutes from Lee U & I-75. If you need more space for guests ask about our 3 adjacent units.

We are within walking distance to all the amenities of Helen, and a short car ride to most outdoor activities in the area. We ask that you do not smoke in our unit, if so, we will collect $200.
