Soak year-round in the hot tub, gather by the firepit, or slip into the fully heated and cooled vintage camper for cards, cocktails, or an impromptu photoshoot. The stock tank pool opens Mid-March, cold plunge in spring and refreshing plunge pool in summer.

Elmdale Treehouse

Elmdale Treehouse is nestled in the trees of historic Chase County. It provides the perfect quiet retreat for couples looking to get away from it all. This prairie hideaway is spacious enough for small families and just minutes away from The National Tallgrass Prairie Preserve, as well as the oldest working Kansas courthouse. Enjoy fishing at the Chase State Lake just a few miles up the road or wade through the cool waters of the Chase Lake Falls and wildlife area. Located in a very old town.

You are renting a century-old homestead house. Bathroom on the main floor, 5 beds upstairs. If you are physically impaired, stairs may be challenging for you. Beds are provided for sleeping up to 6 people (a queen in the master bedroom and a quad bunk in the second bedroom). A sofa sleeper allows guests alternate sleeping options as well. Part of a rural lake community with easy access to a swimming beach, fishing, kayaking, walking, biking!! A five minute drive into the local town provides easy access to groceries, general goods, and local restaurants.

It's a short drive to Strong City and Cottonwood Falls,where you can take in some local history, purchase a few antiques to take home, enjoy a meal at one of incredible eateries.

The "Church" Guesthouse

Come to church this weekend . . . The Church Guesthouse in Cottonwood Falls that is! The Church is an artfully revitalized Presbyterian Church built in 1885 which now has four bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths and will sleep up to 10 adults. Two of the bedrooms ( with queen beds) are downstairs along with a bath and a half downstairs. 2 bedrooms are upstairs (two twins and one with a full size bed) the loft has two twins with a full bath upstairs. Parties and events are not allowed.
