The property includes 2,000 feet of river frontage with multiple swimming holes and access to a waterfall.

It's a 1/2 hour drive to Stowe Mt. or Smugglers Notch ski resorts and an hour to Jay Peak. Elmore State park is only 2 miles away for hiking and swimming in the lake ! It's a great location for anyone who loves the outdoors, skiing, hiking and also just relaxing.
