A stones throw to the local buzzing Balaclava neighbourhood, where you can enjoy some classic Melbourne cafes and shops. The train station is a 3 minute walk away, and will get you to the CBD in 12 minutes. The iconic Chapel Street is also only a few blocks away, or St Kilda Beach is 5 minutes by car.

A 1.2km walk to Elwood beach. Unit is 60 sq meters *STRICTLY NO PARTIES / LOUD MUSIC* *Short-stay cleaning fee of $75 ($100 for longer stays) for 2 guests, additional fee of $25 pp for additional guests. Check-in from 2pm to 9pm and check-out by 11am. After hours check-in/ late check-out may be available on request.
