Northside Cozy is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Virginia, Minnesota. It is .3 miles to the Essentia Health Hospital/Clinic and close to many other health systems, schools, etc. It has a heated garage! This one bedroom/one bathroom adorable apartment is fully furnished for traveling professionals. The furnishings are brand new - a Dream Cloud queen 14" mattress, organic cotton bedding, all kitchenware, sofa, 43" Samsung Smart TV, and washer/dryer. All utilities and WiFi are included.

This suite is located high on a ridge just off Lake Vermilion, next to the ATV/UTV trail and 1/4 mile from Head-o-Lakes Public Boat Landing and staked lake trail. It's the best of both worlds where you will hear the loons and boats on the lake but have a space all your own! New construction suite with In-Floor Heat, AC, WiFi, Smart TV, king size bed, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

A warm and eclectic northwoods beach style, freshly renovated upstairs apartment in Gilbert, walking distance to the crystal clear water of Lake Ore Be Gone & Mesabi Trailhead. This apartment features 4 bedrooms, fast and free WiFi, and a smart TV. We just finished renovating this historical gem, which was moved to Gilbert from Sparta via horses in the early 1900s. The result is a clean, updated apartment that provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
