Northside Cozy is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Virginia, Minnesota. It is .3 miles to the Essentia Health Hospital/Clinic and close to many other health systems, schools, etc. It has a heated garage! This one bedroom/one bathroom adorable apartment is fully furnished for traveling professionals. The furnishings are brand new - a Dream Cloud queen 14" mattress, organic cotton bedding, all kitchenware, sofa, 43" Samsung Smart TV, and washer/dryer. All utilities and WiFi are included.

This cozy loft is located one block from Miner's Lake and the Trezona Trail- rent a bike from the neighboring business or bring your own.

This apartment features 4 bedrooms, fast and free WiFi, and a smart TV. We just finished renovating this historical gem, which was moved to Gilbert from Sparta via horses in the early 1900s. The result is a clean, updated apartment that provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
