Embden is the 3rd cleanest lake in Maine and our lot is wooded for nice privacy. Fire pit, lounge chairs and hammock at the water's edge. Kayak, paddleboard, swim, yard games, fish or relax! Great golf close by! In the winter warm up by the fire after playing outside (sugarloaf 35 mins) ski, snowmobile, ice fish for salmon! Our driveway accommodates trailers.

Enjoy the private, sandy (very shallow) swimming area ideal for young children and relaxing adults. Centrally located for outdoor recreation: whitewater rafting, boating, canoeing on the Kennebec or golf in the summer; hunting, fishing, or leaf peeping in the fall; or ice fishing, skiing, or snowmobiling in the winter. There are also several mapped ATV/UTV trails to explore. We have it all!

On the River 2 is located in the heart of the historic downtown Kingfield on Main street with river views of the Carrabassett river. Miss Lucy Lu (Lucy) is the cat residents who lives in this special apartment. She is the host and will greet you. She loves people. She is an indoor kitty. There is a restaurant next door, the gallery is downstairs, swimming out the back of the building. Sugarloaf mountain close by. Mountains of possibilities to explore in the western area of Maine.
