The Mermaid Cottage is a newly renovated cottage that was originally built in 1932 in the charming historic district of Morehead City, NC! Our mermazing 2bedroom, 1.5bathroom (+ a outdoor shower) shore house features a open floor plan & unique accents perfect for a family friendly stay! The Cottage is conveniently located within a bike,paddle board, kayak ride (all provided) to some of the main attractions Morehead has to offer, all while being tucked right between Beaufort & Atlantic Beach!!!

Our island cottage is perfectly placed under a canopy of magnificent live oaks, about 300 steps away from the ocean. Enjoy many waterfront views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, around the fire-pit, playing games, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. Pier activities include fishing, lounging, or docking your own small boat, kayaks, etc. Minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more.
