Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

A classic 1946 duplex cottage on the outside, reimagined as a modern coastal retreat on the inside, The Bungalow Loft blends timeless charm with contemporary comfort.
