It is walking distance from some excellent local restaurants, pubs, and shopping, is a 25 minute drive to SF (with ideal traffic), 8 minute walk to Amtrak, and a short bus ride to BART.

This 2 bed/1 bath is almost 1000 sq. ft. with large kitchen, laundry & small patio. Walking distance to several restaurants, micro brewery, City Sports Gym & 2 corner stores. Berkeley Bowl grocery store is nearby. Public transportation to San Francisco is easy. Freeway access to San Francisco (We are very close to the Bay Bridge) UC Berkeley 2+ miles away. The non-smoking unit is the first floor of a Duplex. We live in the unit above with a little one that is active during the day.
