There is sleeping room for five, convenient amenities, a fully stocked kitchen, yet the best is that we are within walking distance to many of Petoskey's desirable places to visit such as the Break Wall, Bayfront Park, Little Traverse History Museum, Crooked Tree Arts Center, and many more hot spots you and your travel companions may visit.

This Lake Street apartment is a one of a kind. The apartment is partially above commercial businesses, including your host, The Harbor Barber (no chemical services offered - so no funky odors from below). This space was 100% improved in 2021. The property is a short walk/bike-ride from the bike path, and iconic downtown Harbor Springs, the Lyric theatre, a dog beach, a bathing beach and so much more. Your host freely shares his knowledge of the history and current events happening around town.

Howard Downtown Petoskey Studio

Stay in the heart of charming downtown Petoskey! This cozy studio apartment offers the perfect base for exploring everything Northern Michigan has to offer. The stunning shores of Little Traverse Bay, you’ll have the best of Petoskey right outside your door. Please be advised that it is a historic building with slightly steep stairs. This unit also has a mobile AC unit that if used requires the window to be slightly open for the hot air to go outside which could lead to additional noise.

Harbor Springs Farm Apartment

A recently remodeled lower level apartment on a farm in Harbor Springs. Located just miles from downtown, Lake Michigan, world class skiing and golf, biking and hiking trails, this is the perfect home base for any adventure. Enjoy breathtaking views of the sunrises and sunsets on the farm out the panoramic windows. We do live upstairs and you will be able to hear us through the floors. The entire apartment is private, with your own driveway, entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living space.

Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of our lavender fields and organic vineyard while being just a stone's throw away from the Crooked Lake boat launch, offering endless water activities like paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating. Cap off your day with a glass of our exquisite wine in our cozy tasting room or under the stars by the inviting fire pit.

EXCELLENT VIEWS OF THE BAY IN DOWNTOWN PETOSKEY - WHERE YOU WANT TO BE In 2018 we added "Sunset Glory Too" along with "Sunset Glory". Everything is new and updated. Now there are two separate and private vacation rentals enjoying the same excellent location. It is also an opportunity for families or friends to book both of our apartments to extend their getaway into one large private area. These are the only two vacation rentals on our property.
