Highland View is a great place to gather with friends and loved ones to create memories for years to come. Welcome to Blue J Cottage in Charlevoix, Michigan. This charming cottage is only half a mile to beautiful downtown Charlevoix, beaches, shops, restaurants, marina. Castle Farms is 6-minute drive, nearby is Petoskey, 3 ski resorts, sledding and ice-skating rinks. This home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, highchair and large fully fenced in backyard. Roku-smart tv and internet available. Driveway is large enough to bring your boat/trailer. Pets need pre-approval, $100 fee, see pet rules.

We have played off the beautiful water colors of the bay in our decor. Like our other unit next door, we have included everything we can to make sure our guests are taken care of and feel right at home. We have 2 queen beds and 2 single fold up beds. We do accept pets ($25 flat fee) but certain breeds are not allowed. Please see “other things” for a list. This is a manufactured home in a manufactured home community. The unit has been completely remodeled and is magical! You will love it!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The home is surrounded by trees in the the Charlevoix Country Club community. It is just 3 miles from downtown Charlevoix. There are 3 beaches within 3 miles of the home. Nubs Knob and the Boyne resorts are within 30 minutes. The home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped. The home does have well water. The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking.
