Enjoy summer days and gorgeous nights! We are located in a rustic area of northwest Michigan, 15 miles north of Harbor Springs, within 2 miles of the Tunnel of Trees. We are conveniently located for nature preserves, state parks, hiking trails, beautiful beaches, and Mackinaw City / Island. Our home is attached to the guest suite but guests access their suite via a secured private entrance. To get to your cabin you'll begin by winding your way through a vintage salvage yard, filled with relics of autos and farm equipment of the past. Charming, year around cottage. Nothing beats being in the middle of our pristine lake or sitting on the deck watching nature in all her glory! And when you're ready for something a little bigger, Lake Michigan is a short drive; along with world famous Legs Inn (closes mid Oct) as are the "big" cities of Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Mackinaw City! Walking distance to Moosejaw restaurant when you don't want to go anywhere! Incredible fall color change. Be prepared to not want to leave!

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

Disconnect at our Ski Chalet in Nubs Nob

Newly remodeled A Frame Cabin in the woods of Hidden Hamlet in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Located in the little neighborhood at the base of Nubs Nob Ski Resort, this is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees.
