Es handelt sich um ein freistehendes Haus mit grossem Raumangebot. Ein Balkon, eine Terrasse und die Wiese vor dem Haus laden dazu ein, Aussicht und Sonne zu geniessen. Das Haus ist umgeben von Wiesen und Bauernhöfen. Unterhalb des Hauses befindet sich der Schulhausplatz von Sent, grosszügiger Spielplatz für Kinder.

Das kleine Dorf liegt in Graubünden auf einer Höhe von fast 2000 Metern.

Chalet Gulas is a beautiful detached stone house at the entrance of Val Chamuera — perfect for nature lovers. Just steps from the Musella kids’ ski lift and cross-country trails, it’s about 1 km from La Punt train station and slightly closer to shops. St. Moritz is 15 km away. In summer, hiking trails start right at the house, and deer are often spotted from the windows. The bus stop is only 300 meters away.
