The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Waters Edge

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

Alder Lodge at Sylen Lakes

As autumn arrives, the woodland transforms into a tapestry of rich colours, with falling leaves reflected on the lake and crisp walks right on your doorstep.

Follow the track and you'll be able to find your own rustic slice of heaven. Kick back and relax in one of our calm and tranquil waterfront cabins. You'll find the cabin over looking a lake, stocked with Trout and Carp. A fully equipped kitchen, king sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom room with a large waterfall shower. Why not watch the sun go down from the comfort of the outdoor bath tub? And bring the dog along too, plenty of great walks for them and yourselves to enjoy.

Ancient Castle above the River Tweed

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. The Luxury Loft is situated within the West Wing of the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. The Loft offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and luxurious getaway. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
