The area is perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding and is 4 miles from Avon Beach and mudeford quay.

The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Sunnyside Lodge is a fully self-contained property with a private entrance and off-road parking located 1.4 miles from Weymouth town centre.
