Private secluded treehouse retreat

20ft up nesting between three sturdy oak trees this treehouse made of recycled timbers and is surrounded by trees and has glimpses of the northdowns AONB Cosy and private set on the edge of a barley field the only sound is wind through the trees and birdsong. Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.

Le nid des hirondelles est une petite sphère équipée d’un lit rond de 2,1m de diamètre, qui peut accueillir confortablement deux adultes. La terrasse masqué dans le houppier des arbres s’ouvrent sur l’est, parfait pour un petit déjeuner dehors. Au sol, vous avez accès à un espace privatif pour rendre votre séjour plus confortable: salle de bain, wc, mini cuisine

Vue sur la baie de Saint Brieuc et sur le bocage avoisinant. Lit 2 places, couette. Point d'eau (du réseau), table, chauffage électrique. Toilettes sèches et cabine de douche confortable au bas de l'escalier. Au centre de jardins conduits en permaculture (visite gratuite). Petit déjeuner non proposé.
