The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Ferner werden Bus- und Bootsausflüge angeboten. Empfehlenswert auch ein Besuch desThermalbades, ganzjährig geöffnetes Außenbecken mit wunderschönem Blick in Weinberge und Wald.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. There are numerous beautiful hiking and biking routes, and the Erdener Treppchen is highly recommended for experienced hikers. Also, visit the many wineries and taste the local cuisine.
