The Fish House

The Fish House is nestled in the outskirts of Bozeman, Montana located on the Gallatin River, and geared for the outdoor enthusiast. It’s also located across the street to Cottonwood Golf Course. It is centrally located to Bridger Bowl-27 miles , Big Sky-45 miles, BozemanYellowstone Int'l Airport-15 miles, and Yellowstone National Park-84 miles...and only 8 miles to Bozeman. Come enjoy a stay at the Fish House, on one of the best fly fishing rivers in the world right out your back patio! The Fish house has many state of the art features. The entry to the house is accessed with your phone on an app. Hue lighting and motion lighting helps to illumine the space, inside as well as outside. High speed internet, and access to Apple TV are provided. The Fish house, though only 750 sq ft, has all the comforts of home. It has radiant heat in the floors. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. The bathroom with its high end fixtures, creates an unique space with the driftwood walk in shower and touch controls. The outdoor space is one of the most relaxing areas around. There are steps leading you to the Gallatin river, with rock boulder steps for access to the river. There's a brand new Weber Gas grill on patio. And when the weather allows, there are lounging chairs by the river or lounging chairs on the patio. A perfect spot for an afternoon nap or book. Guests can park right in front of the Fish house. The owners, Todd & Traci live next door in the River House, which they are currently renovating . They are typically available if needed, but allow guests to have their own space. Both Todd and Traci grew up in Bozeman, so are quite familiar with the area and its amenities, as well. The Fish House is unique in being in the country across the street from Cottonwood golf course & on the Gallatin river, but only minutes away from local restaurants, shopping and gas. There are 3 main buildings on the property, with the Fish house being the center one with the lit Driftwood Tree in the center. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay!

Our fun & sun-filled Loft has a private entrance, a well-stocked full kitchen, a shower/tub, an enclosed toilet area, a queen & twin bed, AC, a 2-sofa space with TV streaming . . . & an indoor swing! There is a BBQ & an outdoor dining table + two bikes, snow shoes and a full washer/dryer & 2nd half bath in the garage. We have driveway parking for Loft guests, and are just blocks from the University & historic downtown . . . & BTW, we also AirBnB the main house: airbnb.com/h/montana-mediterranean

The Pale Morning Dun in Manhattan, MT

Guests have the entire house. This farmhouse was moved from the original site of Manhattan in 1907. In 2003 we added a 2nd floor and many timber-framed structural elements. The house is approximately 1.5 blocks from a train crossing. For people sensitive to the noise of a train's whistle, we would recommend looking elsewhere. It runs through the night, mostly in the summer months. The house has no AC, temperature is managed by opening the windows at night and closing during the day and fans.

A beautifully constructed log & plank home, simple & solid, unique, cozy, ~ a magically lit structure! Located in the hills 4 miles east of town (8min drive). As you drive into the property you will enjoy views of the entire Gallatin Valley & mountain ranges in every direction. • Bridger Bowl Ski Area (15min) • Rocky Creek Nordic Ski Area just down the hill (ski there!) • Nearby Yellowstone Park (~1.5hr) • Rocky Creek for fly fishing (10min walk) • Swimming pond w/ beach volleyball court!

Rustic cabin on Horse and Cattle Ranch

Enjoy views of the Bridger Mountains off the deck. This property is situated on a 10 acre horse ranch just 15 minutes west of Bozeman. 20 minutes from the airport & 5 minutes from numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Sit and relax as horses meander about and start their day. 2minutes north is Cottonwood Hills Golf Course. Fish in the Gallatin River or soak in Bozeman Hot Springs just 5 minutes away. Fantastic hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, skiing and many other outdoor activities.

Antique Montana Sheepherder's Wagon

The best kept secret in the Gallatin Valley. 20 miles from Bozeman, but a world away. Limited guests mean you often have the place to yourself or just a few others. A step above tent camping. Located on a historic farm just minutes from town. As such, there are farm animals. We are pet-loving people, but please don't just arrive with your pets without first checking. Experience on the farm included in your stay. You’ll love this place, the comfy bed, coziness, & just being in a Tipi. There is a kitchen, with a stove, fridge & cooking supplies, ....french press for making coffee. There is an outhouse with a compostable toilet, sink with hot h20, an outside shower with hot H20, a lounging area with umbrella. A fantastic place to spend the night.
