We prioritize the cleanliness of our space + the comfort of our guests. Two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen + bathroom make it perfect for families - you get plenty of backyard space too! A delightful retreat in perfect DC location. Ideal for a romantic weekend for a couple or perhaps for a family with two younger children. The retreat has two very large rooms, one featuring a sumptuous King bed, glass-topped table and four upholstered chairs, the other has a library/living-room feel - with several hundred books decoratively arranged. This has a Queen Sofabed, largeTV with Cable Netflix & Prime, and mini-fridge, microwave, coffee-maker & basic dinnerware. Pretty, private patio.

The four of us grew up here and later renovated the cottage to create the kind of Door County getaway we’d want to share with our own families and friends. With four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and plenty of space to gather, it’s an ideal home base for your stay—and best of all, you can leave the car behind. The shops, restaurants, waterfront and charm of Fish Creek are just a short stroll from your front door.

Beautiful 4 season, private 2 bedroom Knotty Pine Cottage located on the shores of Lake Michigan just 10 yards away from water in Sturgeon Bay, WI. 2 BR/1 bath cottage with beautiful stone, wood burning fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen with high bar dining which seats 8. Lots of living space with leather sectional and full size hide-away sofa sleeps 2, Main Guest Room 1 w/ queen log bed and Guest Room 2 with full size log bunk beds, Large screen tv, wifi and panoramic lake view.

Quiet Harbor Cottage | Fireplace & Sun Porch

Fall is the quiet season on Sawyer Harbor. Color comes up on both sides of the water, the boats thin out, and mornings belong to coffee on the screened sun porch. Inside: a fireplace, a kitchen guests call the best-stocked they have used, and rooms that stay warm and easy. Three bedrooms and two full baths sleep 10, though this cottage is at its best with a smaller group. Ten to fifteen minutes from Sturgeon Bay, on a quiet road where the loudest thing is a turkey crossing the yard.

After a busy day exploring all that Door County has to offer, finish the night with a bonfire surrounded by stars and trees. This cottage was designed to make you feel right at home.

The Glass House on Birch Bluff

The Glass House on Birch Bluff is named in honor of Fredrica “Fritzie” Glass who had it built in 1969. Fritzie was an artist, teacher and author who led a rich life both in Milwaukee and Door County. We’ve tried to honor her love of nature and beauty in this space. The cottage sits atop a private bluff on three gorgeous acres in Fish Creek. It is a wonderful place to be alone and unwind, and yet a short distance to all that Northern Door County has to offer!
