We are located right in the center of all the things you come to Lancaster County to see. Close to it all yet back in the woods for some peace and quiet when you’re done for the day.

Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. Make yourself at home in this cozy Ephrata getaway! You’ll be staying in Rustic Haven West, one half of a duplex, with the other half, Rustic Haven East, also an Airbnb owned by us. Each side is rented separately, but both can be reserved together for larger groups or families. Nestled on a quiet street, this retreat offers easy access to nearby attractions. Explore the charm of Ephrata, the unique shops of Lititz, and the highlights of Lancaster—all a short drive away. Relax and unwind!

Enjoy this fresh space with Turkish rugs, lots of windows, and a 'smart' tv. We have what you need to make a good meal or a great cup of coffee/espresso. Enjoy a walk to brewpubs, coffee shops, parks, and even live theater. There is a linear park (rail) trail very close by for walks, jogging, or biking. There is a seasonal bike rental shed at the trail parking lot! If you'd like more excitement, Lancaster, Hershey, the outlets, and 'Amish' attractions are only 15-40min!

Welcome to the quaint and happy town of Ephrata. Our cottage is exactly a one mile walk from downtown eateries and activities. Take the sidewalk or the picturesque Linear Park rail trail straight to Main Street. The famous Green Dragon outdoor market (on fridays) is a couple miles away. Many nearby parks and markets attract locals and tourists alike. We had fun decorating the cottage with a bright, industrial and camera/photo theme. We look forward to hosting you.

You have full access to tranquil lower level of home. Private access and parking. minutes to route 272, 222 and 322. Private cul-de-sac in quiet town of Akron. Walk or ride your bike 1 block and your on the beautiful scenic RAIL-TRAIL with easy access to Ephrata, Akron and Lititz! FYI -If you are bringing your pet, the fee is $25. We love longer stays and offer a 5% discount for 7 days and 10% for 30 days! Come relax and enjoy the view!

Greystone House

Our goal was to create a cozy and quiet place to relax in or as a home base for checking out the area. Most of Lancaster Co. is less than a 30 min. drive away. A cafe, pizza shop and ice cream shop (the best!) are about 1/2 mile away. Many more are close by in the town of Ephrata or just a few miles farther in the town of Lititz-home of Wilbur chocolate. You will have your own space in our home, but separated by a locked door.
