The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

Elmden is a beautiful two bedroom cottage set back off of the historic market town high street of Buntingford. A real hidden gem, full of period features. Stained glass, brick floor and exposed beams throughout the cottage. Our charming and cosy cottage is around half an hour from Cambridge and Saffron Walden. With ample scenic countryside walks and bridle ways on our doorstop, you're truly spoilt for choice. *We now use an Electrostatic Sprayer to disinfect all surface and soft furnishings. *

The Victorian Lodge (1876) is a charming & quintessentially English country cottage on a private estate once owned by King Henry 8th. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

Escape to the country and stay in a cosy converted barn with a log burning stove and a secluded sunny patio area with outdoor dining and barbeque. Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. The Old Stables are in a courtyard, set back from Windhill, right in the heart of Bishops Stortford, close to restaurants, pubs, cafés and shops. Conversion of a historic coach-house and stables into a self-contained cottage which sleeps 4 or even 5/6 by arrangement. There is a high-ceilinged entrance hall with wood burner. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped. There are two double beds in the same room (one on a mezzanine floor above the other) and a double sofa bed in the dining area.
