Hike up 20 minute to the South Downs Way and you are on top of the World! Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

On a quiet, friendly street a very short walk from just about everything - cafes, restaurants & bars, playgrounds & parks, shops, galleries & theatres. 10 mins walk along the seafront to the West Pier, Brighton Centre & i360. The house has plenty of space and light, great for families, groups of friends, couples and business travellers. We're very happy that many guests see at as "their" Brighton home and keep coming back.

Heathrow Airport if just six miles away. 300 metres further down the lane is The Royal Air Force Memorial and below that, on National Trust grounds that skirts the River Thames is the Magna Carta Memorial. The Royal Holloway University is a ten minute stroll across the Village.

A delightful 2 bedroom apartment facing Windsor Castle in the heart of the town center. Ideally placed to take advantage of the excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants that Windsor has to offer. Two train stations provide links to London. Activities include horse racing at both Windsor and Ascot, polo and horse riding in Windsor Great Park, golf at Sunningdale and Wentworth and rowing/boating on the River Thames. There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.

You’ll love my place because of the wonderful views across open countryside, the hot tub, the spiral staircase and the tree growing through the balcony. It's as close as you can get to a treehouse with all the comforts of home. You can even book a massage onsite :) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
