Great restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Sutton High street with only a 5 minute walk. The studio is also located 35 minutes from Victoria station and London Bridge, Central London. Tudor House is a newly refurbished 2 bedroom house, situated 1 minute walking distance to the world famous Epsom Downs Racecourse, home of the Epsom Derby. This delightful property has a spacious living room area, 1 downstairs WC, stylish kitchen and patio area. Upstairs you will find a comfortable double bed, wardrobes, TV and dressing table. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds which can be made into a double, fitted wardrobe and TV. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and shower.

Epsom train station (8-10 mins walk) gets you to London Waterloo in 35 minutes and areas to the south too. The town has numerous bus routes which end in Croydon, Sutton, Morden and Kingston.

Cheerful 5 bedroom house with off street parking

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is very spacious with a good sized garden. Four double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Master suite with ensuite bathroom. Main bathroom and also shower room downstairs. Plenty of kitchen area with bar seating and also washing machine in separate annexe area. Excellent transport facilities nearby with both buses and trains. Very close to The Epsom Downs Racecourse. Excellent walking area.

Lovely bright 2 bed home close to Hampton Court

We are situated just half a mile from Hampton Court where you will find an array of restaurants, cafes and shops to peruse and just a three minute walk from a large open park leading down to the River Thames. However, please note - Hampton Court is not in London and if you want to be close to London we may be too far for you. There is railway station which is about a 10 - 15 minute walk away and the line takes you to London Waterloo (a 35 minute journey).

Beautiful Countryside Cottage

Perfectly presented picture postcard cottage, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, the inspiration for the Winnie-The-Pooh books and 3 minutes drive to the historic village of Hartfield for the village store, Pooh Corner tea rooms, pubs and farm shop. This is a great location to explore the Kent & Sussex countryside. The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive and only 45 minutes to the South Coast. We are family friendly.
