The home has a fully stocked kitchen, books, a large backyard and a fire pit area to enjoy with your friends and family. You'll be 15 minutes from Boulder, 20 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from Eldora Ski area! Each room also has a TV with Amazon fire sticks. A block from downtown Frederick's restaurant’s, shops, grocery, and parks. Frederick is well known for being one of the safest cities in Colorado multiple years running! It’s quiet and relaxing. I used it as a place to write a book, and now I’m selling the house. Know anyone interested in buying a house that can pay the mortgage while you live on site in a separate building? It’s up for grabs! I’m taking off to travel write full time, so a house doesn’t make sense for me anymore.
