Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Med spårvagn så tar det ca 10 min till city och ca 20 min till Lindholmen Science Park. Om man vill åka på en skärgårdstur med båt så utgår dessa ifrån Stenpiren, 5 min bort. Välkomna!

Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt. Här finns egen uteplats på en avskild innergård mitt i den livfulla stadsdelen Linné där ni har stadens bästa restauranger precis runt hörnet. Området har stort kulturutbud och mycket bra kommunikationer med spårvagnsknutpunkt inom 300 m och 15 min promenad till centrum eller Slottskogen. Lägenheten är nyproducerad och har alla bekvämligheter man kan vänta sig som fullt utrustat kök, tvätt-och tork, dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa (båda 160cm).

Enjoy the view from the sun-kissed patio or (optionally) enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the sunset. There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by tram (10 min departing 800m away). Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.

Välkommen till husets charmiga ovanvåning, dit du kommer via en egen ingång. Huset har nyligen genomgått en omfattande renovering i tidstypisk stil. Detta boende ligger i området Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen ligger precis i närheten och på några minuter når du Mariaplan där det finns barer, restauranger och butiker. Det tar 15 minuter med spårvagnen till centrala Göteborg. Det finns flera mataffärer bara några kvarter bort.

Family-friendly house in a cozy residential neighborhood. Bright living room with a large sofa. Garden with swings, and a large terrace with an outdoor eating area and a coal grill. Private parking for two cars. TV with Netflix / HBO Max / Disney / Amazon Prime. Vinyl player & Sonos. We have a small dog at home and though we are very thorough with the cleaning, take that into consideration if you have allergies.

It offers all the amenities you would need for a very pleasent stay. It is completely separate from the house in which we live. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, shower area and a toilette.
