100mt2 apartment in a charming villa, walking distance to the beach: a large living room with smart TV, a couch, and a new air-conditioner. A furnished kitchen. The swimming pool area has a shower, three sun umbrellas with sets of sun-beds, and is only in common with guests, if any, of the first floor apartment. We are a young couple with a little kid completely immersed and fond of the island.
