It’s a 19-min walk to Marina da Glória and just 5 minutes to the Cinelândia metro station, close to Santos Dumont Airport. Near the South Zone neighborhoods: Ipanema, Copacabana, Leblon, Glória, Jardim Botânico, and Botafogo. The building is very simple, but the environment is family-friendly. The apartment will be exclusively yours.
