The studio is part of the house, but not shared, and has a private entrance and patio area. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, the beach and popular downtown area are a 5 minute drive. This is a house built for our friends to come stay on our 6 acre ranch. It’s very rare to have a country experience like this, so close to the ocean and the mountains! On a clear day, you can see both the coastline and some of the highest mountains in California.
