This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Countryside setting next to the river!

After cyclone Gabrielle hit, our river frontage has changed, replanting in process, becoming lovely and maturing . Our home is about 20 minutes from Napier, off the Taupo rd, and 10 minutes from the airport. Some wonderful cycle paths, walks,wineries and cafes not far away. The 2 bedroom appartment has its own private entrance .Games room and patio area. No kitchen but ,fridge,microwave, bbq etc About 300 metres from the river through a gate. (NB - the owners live upstairs)
