Parking is available at the house. 300 meters from public transport - train and bus. In Gilleleje there are several restaurants, cafes and pizzerias. Of course there are fish halls at the harbor where you can buy freshly caught fish, and the sale of fresh fish from the side of the fishing boats. Max. 20 minute by car to several amazing nordsealand golf clubs. Close to Denmark's second-largest forest area - Gribskov - National Royal North Zealand with the beautiful castles and magnificent scenes of nature with lakes, forests and beaches. Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. Velkommen i vores hyggelige trætophytte, bygget af genbrugsmaterialer - 6,2 m over jorden. Hytten har udsigt til markerne, er isoleret, har el, varme, te-køkken og en komfortabel sofa, der bliver til en lille dobbeltseng. Nyd de to terrasser og rindende vand i trætoppen og toilet med håndvask nedenfor hytten. Mulighed for tilkøb: Morgenmad (175 kr/2 pers.) - vildmarksbad (350 kr) eller ét af vores 2 udendørs 'escape rooms' (150 kr/ børn, 200 kr/ voksne). Kalender åbnes løbende!

Huset har 2 gode soveværelser, total istandsat badeværelse samt et stort og hyggeligt totalrenoveret køkken/alrum med pejs. Sofa kan endvidere omdannes til 2 sovepladser, såfremt behovet er 6 overnattende. Fra to skønne træterrasser og den store grund kan solen nydes fra tidlig morgen til sen aften.

There is also great public transportation options if you want to go to Copenhagen, which take about 45 min. by train. NOTICE you have the house to yourself, and you are not gonna share the house with the host.

The house was designed by Danish architects Friis & Moltke and build in 1970. The house is ideal for a family of two adults and two children with two in the master bedroom and two in the bunkbed room. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwashing machine.
