So many adventures to be lived:)

There is plenty of storage space and a secure garage (ideal for mountain bike storage). And the backyard is perfect for children sledging, learning to ski or playing outdoors. The adults will love the great views and plenty of light and sunshine, even in winter.

Rosemarie 2 is a spacious, luxurious 4 **** 1st floor apartment very recently refurbished by local professionals. They have highlighted its traditional rustic features and blended them with modern touches throughout.This farmhouse style residence is off the main road but close enough to the centre of Morzine for easy, walkable access to the lifts (300M to the Super Morzine lift), restaurants and bars. If you are driving here there is a private driveway at the apartment for 3 cars.

Bienvenue à notre chalet situe à 1120 m d'altitude, quartier calme, avec label Minergie dans un cadre verdoyant et loin du bruit de la grand ville que vous permettrons de passer de vacances reposantes. Point de départ pour de magnifiques randonnées en montagne ou un forêt , vers le sommet de Rochers de Naye, La Dent de Jaman. Il faut s'attendre à une route de montagne , pour les personnes qui n'ont pas l'habitude de rouler sur une route un peu escarpé.
