Home library by the sea

Welcome to a home by the sea. Located just minutes from the coast, our lovely little flat offers an idyllic escape with beautiful panoramic views of the ever-changing Thames Estuary. The historic Leigh-on-Sea Old Town and beach are just minutes away and the vibrant New town with shops, bars and restaurants, just a short walk up the hill. It’s our family home so whilst it isn’t a five star hotel room or luxury boutique cottage you will find it is a clean, tidy and functional place to stay.

The Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway 500 yards from the lovely sandy beaches of Frinton-On-Sea. This location is on the high street close to everything. It is highly appointed with Fine Quality Danish Furniture, Danish Lighting and more items from Great Danes (our shop below the flat) We aim for it to be a showroom and are looking for guests that appreciate quality. The Studio is available for up to 2 people (sharing 1 bed) that can climb the 20 Steep Steps to the flat.

Cottage on the beach

With its own beachside garden and breathtaking uninterrupted views of the wildest of Essex creeks and marshes, the cottage is only to be reached on foot atop a sea wall. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.
