Our unit has two private balconies to enjoy the Colorado outdoors. This property is ideally located between Winter Park and Grand Lake and only one mile from Granby Ranch ski slopes. Winter Park is only 15-20 minutes away. Rocky Mountain National Park is about 25 miles away. Fraser Tubing Hill is fun
