This spacious apartment offers a very tranquil setting in the Cajun capital of south Louisiana. Comfortably lounge around on the couch with two extending recliners or cook your favorite meal in the full sized kitchen, all with a beautiful view of centenial oaks. The bedroom is also spacious, with a designated work area, a queen sized bed, and an additional futon. The adjacent bath offers a dressing room. This spacious home has two baths, handicap access but not wheelchair. Large, fenced yard with shade trees, and ample free parking. Walking distance to several restaurants, businesses and seasonal festivals. Kid friendly home. If found more guests stay an additional $ 175 cleaning fee.
