La maison est située dans le hameau de la Jaillette , sur la rivière Oudon . Le lieu est riche en patrimoine (église prieurale des XII-XIIIème siècles ouverte à la visite). Je l'ai restaurée avec les matériaux les plus naturels (torchis, chaux, chanvre, tomettes anciennes … ). Elle est composée d'une salle de séjour avec coin cuisine (20 m2), une salle de bain avec douche (4 m2) et une chambre à l'étage sous les combles isolés à la laine de bois.
