MARCH-APRIL DAILY. Medicine Hill is a 136 acre farm on the Sandy River complete with a swimming hole and an entire island to explore. We grow vegetables, herbs & flowers. Our animals include sheep, chickens & rabbits. You will have full access to all areas of the farm! Spend time fishing or relaxing on the river. Or literally just sitting on the porch unwinding and taking it all in. 4 private bedrooms have stunning views surrounded by trees or fields. And if the Chef is available..EAT!!!

Black Bear Camp Flagstaff Lake

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this cozy cabin that was part of the Original Black Bear Camps in Eustis. Home sits on 6 acres of private land and direct waterfront access to beautiful Flagstaff lake. Walk down to the water and enjoy. Less than 20 minutes to Sugarloaf Mountain and hiking on the Appalachian Trail and Bigelow mountain range. Just a short ride to Rangeley Lakes and Saddleback Ski area. There is access to snowmobiling trails across the street

The GETAWAY, Rangeley

The GETAWAY-perfect place for relaxing and fun! It’s private but just 1/2 mile to IGA and approx 1 mi to beautiful downtown Rangeley with great restaurants and beautiful views. Limited access to snowmobile trails directly from the house depending on snow conditions. ATV is no longer allowed from our home. Trails can be accessed from Depot Rd (includes trailer parking) 3/4 mile from our home. Hiking and incredible scenery! Mins to Pickford Pub and Mountain Star Estate.

River House in West Forks trail access ITS 86 & 87

The River House is located in downtown West Forks near Berry's Store. Close to whitewater rafting, hiking trails, & fishing. Big backyard great for lawn games, fire pit for nightly campfires. Plenty of room for ATV trailer parking and a huge backyard right on the Dead River. Intersection of ITS 86 and 87 across the street, easy trail access. Six restaurants within five miles, also accessible by trails. All new bedding, mattresses, appliances, and furniture.

Sugarloaf Ski House, 10 minutes to baselodge, shuttle on call, awesome views, near crosscountry trails, restaurants, Outdoor Center. In summer months, 10 minutes to Sugarloaf Golf Course. Easy access to bike/ hiking trails, waterways, fishing. You can ski in and out from your vehicle from the ends of Lots E and F when the Bucksaw Quad is running. There's a ticket Kiosk at the base of the lift.
