45 minute drive from Sunday River. New 7-Person Hot Tub. Newly renovated house on the water. A few steps from the backyard puts you right in the water. Each room has a mini split heat\AC unit. Fire rock with cut wood and propane fire pit allows you to choose which type of camp fire you would rather enjoy. Perfect Maine Lake getaway equipped with 5 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and 1 canoe. Two docks, one with a sitting area and sun shade. Bedrooms come fully furnished with bed linens.

Lakeside firepit for roasting marshmallows, dock for sunbathing, wide deck for dining / lounging as loons and eagles mesmerize you. Master BR with King bed & twin bunks. Upstairs BR with Queen bed. Couches & airbeds just in case. Indoor and outdoor showers. High speed internet with streaming TV. Just 15 minutes from I-95 but East Pond feels like the middle of nowhere.

Caratunk Waterfront Studio

Beautiful Riverside Studio/above garage apartment, private, remote, semi-secluded. Located on the Kennebec river. A roomy studio feet from the river's edge. We have snowmobile trail access, and we're located next to the Appalachian Trail. We are surrounded by woods and bordered by a crystal clear stream. If you're into the outdoors this is the place for you. Hiking, biking, fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, whitewater rafting right outside your door.

Waterfront Cottage

The Waterfront Cottage sits directly on the shores of Snow Pond, 15 minutes from Colby College and downtown Waterville and 1/2 mile from the Snow Pond Center for the Arts. Enjoy the BEST sunset views from the private dock and listen to the waves and loons at night. The private front deck is the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail after a day of swimming and kayaking from the sandy beach. You also have a private outdoor hot soaking tub and water view barrel sauna. Paradise!
